Established in 1918, Menzies & Young is probably the oldest independent advertising agency in Edinburgh, if not Scotland.

We are a small, efficient agency with a staff of eight and believe our strength lies within the close association of agency and client, ultimately leading to a successful working partnership.

We believe that the success of any company and that of its’ employees depends very largely on the employees themselves and for that reason we pursue a policy of attracting high calibre staff whose marketing, advertising and creative skills can specifically make a measurable contribution to our clients' businesses.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we have largely maintained our client base (not quite since 1918!!) and built on this by attracting new clients through recommendation and reputation.

Because we are a smaller agency - we sincerely believe that this does make us different from some of the more generously proportioned agencies around. Always working as a tight knit team, we put the same energy and effort into all our projects, large or small. Every job is undertaken with maximum efficiency and the minimum, if not zero, amount of stress - both for the client and ourselves.
